So, if I worked for the NSA or CIA I'd be thinkin hmmm. How could we possibly exploit this...simple database, a few lines of code, interface to a phone switch, and presto. Terrorists detonate randomly around the world...

Is this why my carrier is constantly sending me free text messages about viewing my bill on line, or thank you for your payment, and the like?? They are secretly hoping to trip bombs!!
