Russian Mosin Nagants, Swiss K31s, Yugo Mausers, now and then a British Enfield.
I think everything else that meets your criteria is still in 1987.

I think the Mauser and the Mosin Nagant will be the cheapest to shoot, then the Enfield. 7.5 Swiss ammo is a bit expensive.

If you are still interested I have a German Mauser K98 (model CE 1944) in 8 MM caliber for sale for $200. Also I have a sporterized bolt action Chez BRNO in 308 with a 3x9 scope on it for $300.

Yes it does shoot straight and i have 100 rounds with it. Sorry I do not have a bayonet.
