It was their first gun design and it was originally built by EDM Arms (IIRC) for them around their .408Cheytac cartridge. Now they have several guns and the .375Cheytac which is a much better cartridge IMHO. Interesting gun, but IIRC it is basically a modified Windrunner or at least based on that design. Been a while since I took a look at their stuff, so I could be mistaken.

Thanks for the links and info. I was thinking you'd be the first to answer, lol. I was thinking it had a collapsible stock, that is what caught my eye on it, then on their website, they indeed have a pic with the stock all the way in... very nice.

Here is the EDM Arms Windrunner. Great gun and AFAIK it was the bases for the Intervention rifle.

I don't know, but she's a hottie...all dressed in desert tan, some nice optics and a muzzle brake to keep her where she belongs...on target.

Seriously though - that's a sweet one!

Actually, yes I was. Don't get me wrong, It is a nice picture, but I wanted to know about the gun. Anyways, models in rambo type gear does nothing for me. I prefer to see real women that shoot the guns they are holding. Now that is sexy!

Ok...well, I'm only 50. I still enjoy a good picture too. Call it my artistic side...

Maybe I should have worded that different, because the part about models in rambo gear was a joke. Who doesn't like a hot woman holding a gun? But I still prefer the real deal over a picture, lol.

Examples of what I am talking about:

Exhibit A: Not just a Model, she shoots the guns she holds -

Exhibit B: Same woman, different gun -

For some reason the gun looks better in "camel toe" instead of black

I would have said the muzzle brake is to keep the GUN where it belongs. As for keeping her where SHE belongs, well, (dare I say this?) I'd nominate the kneepads.

I'll prepare to take my whuppin' now.

You could even own a rifle similar to this for only $6900.00

Disclaimer
I am not selling this rifle, I only ran across it on gun trader. I have not seen this rifle in person and will not attest to it's value if any :bangin:

But if you happen to have a big enough yard to play with this thing and do buy it, remember who pointed it out to you :friends:

I don't want to bad mouth the gun, but I would not buy a 408Cheytac. They foul real bad which in one reason they will never be adopted by the military (I have it on good authority from a real ex-sniper). Shoot 10 rounds and they start throwing shots due to fouling issues. The 408 is inferior to the .375CT or other wildcats (e.g. 375SnipeTac) in this range IMHO. The firearm itself is excellent though. The DTA HTI rifle is a much better buy IMHO, get a 50BMG and 375 all in one!

Needless to say, this is not a beginners caliber. Unless you have got experience with "lesser" calibers like 338LM, etc. there is no point in buying this gun.
