WC820 milsurp powder

Anybody here use it?
I started loading it in pistol calibers several years ago. It'd definitely a full power powder. It doesn't burn completely unless you put it under high pressure and can gum up the works pretty quick. However, it you DO load it hot, it will burn as clean and completely as Bullseye and and will light with a standard primer.
I bought four 8 lb. jugs of it several years ago and I'm still burning it.
