Thomas Error - Temporary File Open Error

If you get subject error message when trying to access one of the links I've posted (and will post) for current gun legislation, do this:
Go to the Thomas home page: http://thomas.loc.gov/
Enter the number in the search box (example - HR 808)
Click on the bill number radio button
Click search
Read
You can also search the site using text. Hint: Use the term firearm instead of gun.
