H.R.2324 - To require criminal background checks on all firearms transactions occurring at gun shows - introduced on 7 May 2009 and being cosponsored by one of our representatives Gerry Connolly. Current text requires that all transfers be preceded by a background check and that sellers shall also send a record of the transfer to the AG within 10 days.
