Yep, my mother is from Hillsville originally. I have a book about the Allen clan that she gave me. I just have to remember where I put it!

Rough indeed,until sentenced. I've seen quite a few tough guys cry when sentenced to long terms in prison.
We do have some colorful history in our Commonwealth.
