Seems to me we already have laws on the books for this one perhaps they arent specific to letting the AG himself deny issuance.

I signed it yesterday. Isn't it ridiculous how they give a bill a name to make it sound like you would be crazy not to support it, but then they write it in a way that infringes upon the rights of the citizenry? Gotta love the left wing.

I mean, who wouldn't support the idea of "Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists"? A key point here is that the Obama Administration has changed the definition of the word "Terrorist" to include you and me. Anyone who might ever oppose a total government takeover is a terrorist. Anyone who doesn't agree with the views of the government is a terrorist. Look - I might not agree with Obama and his cabinet full of loons, but I'm certainly not going to go on a rampage over it.

We need more level-headed people to stand up and make their voices heard. Sign the petition to oppose this legislation!
