NOTE I would be cautious in how detailed your answer is...this is the internet and the whole world can see your post, "close" is a more then acceptable answer

Question, for clarification....

If the barrel sticks out 10 inches from the rotating turret on the roof, is that considered inside, or outside my house? :hysterical:

Yes, we do buy a lot of :tinfoil: around here. Mostly because no one trusts the nuts running the country.

I personally don't keep mine in a safe when I'm around...any of them. I don't have children, so that would change if I did. When we have people over, I lock everything up except what I'm carrying on my person.

Guns stay in the safe when I'm not home. At night, the AR and extra mags are next to the bed and the pistol of the day with speed loaders or magazines is under the pillow. Eddie the dog lets me know if anything is going on. If I need more, I have ten other AR mags full, and 30 G3 mags full. If the zombies come, I'm ready :fireright: :fireright: :fireright: :hysterical:

Exactly! Gotta be ready for the zombies! Plus you have to stand ready to protect the dog!
