New in Williamsburg (then Richmond)

Hey there everyone. I've been in this area a little bit, but have only just now signed up. My wife and I are going to be in Williamsburg for a year, then move permanently to Richmond. I've been a skeet/trap kind of guy for a few years, but I just got my wife a .22 rifle to get her introduced to shooting. Now the trick is finding a nice place to actually go shoot, although given this weekend's weather, she might not be so interested.

there is a place about 30 m inutes from you in middlesex county on route 3 , between rt.33(hartfield) and rt 198(mathews county) if your interested call Macey White at 776-9861, he owns and operates the range and sportsman club. Its relatively cheap to join(75.00) per year. he does have a skeet/trap range, and 25,50 and 100yard outdoor ranges, call him for limitations on weapons, but if I remember there were none, as long as its legal. you do have to join the club to shoot there though, but you can, or were allowed to bring guests, so maybe you could join, and bring the wife as a guest. Its usually on the quiet side, except saturdays. good luck.
