NoVA Source for Pac Lite Barrels?

Anyone know of a stocking dealer for Pac-Lite barrels for the Ruger Mk II/III? Since it includes the serialized receiver I can't just mail order them.

Theres a guy who sells them at the Nation's Gun Show.He lives in Ashburn.I don't have his name handy.I think he does biz as Rimfire Sports.
