I was thinking of buying a Mosin Nagant online, and was looking for a place that would do the transfer. Anybody have any good suggestions in the Richmond Area?

Green Top (and the other brick and mortar shops around here) hate transfers and try to discourage them.
You'd be better served with a "kitchen table" FFL. There are still a few left.

Sorry I'm still kinda green with the gun lingo.

What do you mean by "kitchen table"?

Kitchen table FFL = those few who operate FFLs from their own home. They keep very little inventory, if any, on hand and sometimes specialize in custom order and FFL transactions...

For the old stuff, a C&R FFL is $30/ 3-years.
There is an amazing list of stuff that qualifies for C&R.

All,
Thank you once again for the kind words!
We also take C&R FFLs. It saves us a bit of paperwork!

TBL Arms handled my last transfer for only $25 then ordered my FNP-45 from their website:

I'm getting my Gemtech suppressor from them next week. Great deal and they are helping me with my NFA Trust.
