It would seem that the rush for the exit in Taxifornia continues. The good news is that the Commonwealth of Virginia snags another new employer.

And, the one U.S. auto maker that didn't feed at the bailout trough is turning a profit of $2.1b. No such good news for GM (GuvMo)
