Arthur Ashe Center in Richmond

Does anyone know if it's OK to carry (concealed) in the Arthur Ashe Center in Richmond? I know it's used by Richmond Schools a lot for events, but I believe it's owned by the city as a rec center and event space. I don't know if there are signs posted.

The Arthur Ashe Center is owned by the City of Richmond therefore preemption does apply.

In other words, if you don't see any signs to the contrary, then you can carry concealed.

and if you do see signs, they have no legal standing.

Went out there tonight to pick up numbers for the Monument Ave 10K. No signs.
