I didn't believe that big brother existed until January 20, 2001...
as far as the UK, big brother's all over the place. they diguise it as being cool "innovative technology" keeping all the blokes safe

With the advent of technology there are many ways to personally truck our movements and dealings. They dont have to watch with a camera.
