Going GREEN in Va

Since all the leftwing kooks want to put wind farms off the coast of Va.....why can't someone develop a wind farm that can also pump oil from the ocean bed?

I get a wind farm going every evening after supper. It drives Young crazy...and it can indeed make you go green - anywhere in Virginia even... :hysterical:
