ULTRA Liberal rocker wants Ind senate seat?

FOXNEWS is reporting that the Dem, party in Indiana are trying to recruit rocker John "cougar" Mellencamp to replace Evan Byh(sp?) as Senator. He, (mellancamp) has been reported to have said that Hillary and Obama are both too "rightwing" for him. This is where america is going ? Bad enough that Minn, has selected that Idiot Alfranken. I didn't think Indiana was comprised of such morons.

IN is traditionally a red state. I think the last time they voted democrat - other than 2008 - was in 64 when kennedy was elected. I grew up there and they are pretty conservative in most places...

Hi George,
I think that would be JFK, the guy who was assassinated for trying to do away with the Federal Reserve...
At least that's why I think they shot him...dk

Oops. My mistake George. It was Johnson (Democrat) that ran in 64 and IN voted for him...they voted red against Kennedy and before 64 it was 36 or so since they last voted blue.
