Where do you buy bullets for reloading? Just left Bass Pro and the only 9mm they had were Hornadyat $20 for 100, which seems pretty high, would like to buy in bulk to save money.

Try Cabelas and Midway USA online. They both carry bulk bullets in several calibers. If you are looking for the most economical try finding some copper plated on Miday USA.

I picked up 500 Proofmark plated in .45 for $84 at Greentop, but like you, I think that's steep, Midway gets as low as $.12 per bullet, but I don't know how shipping plays in the final cost.
That's the main reason I went straight into casting when I started reloading. A little rocky at first, but the guys here helped get me on the right track, now I'm blazing away at about $.06 a round.

Midway offers free shipping on some of their plated bullets. You have to shop for the deal.

I ordered a batch of their 9mm ($57/500), 10mm($61/500), .380 ($58/500) and .224($58/500) to give 'em a try after hearing good things about 'em. Shipping was reasonable (flat-rate USPS) and they were well packed and shipped quickly (still get the insurance due to the weight).

I've also heard good things about Montana Gold as well.

I just started reloading the first of the year, but so far I've used bullets from RMR, Rainier, Berrys and Remington/Midway. RMR is a good source, and the Montana Gold bullets are supposed to be some of the best jacketed bullets. The guy that runs RMR is a member on thefiringline.com, so he's easily reachable if you have issues with your order.

Rainier are good, but I like Berrys better. Both are plated, but Berrys are easier to find loads for, just keep it at the low-mid range for FMJ and you're ok. Berry's might be a little more expensive than Rainier, but they ship very quickly and always seem to have what I need. I've probably loaded a little over 1K of Rainier and Berrys in 9mm and .45, maybe 500 of 200gr .45 RN from RMR. I have 1K in 200gr .45 from Rainier and 1K from Berrys in 115gr 9mm sitting on the shelf just waiting.

Not plated/jacketed but rather cast lead - http://www.missouribullet.com/ .... good stuff, great price and outstanding customer support (if needed). There is also a 5% discount on THR if you look through the threads in the reloading section
