"I am offering a plan to freeze discretionary spending for the next three years (even though I don't approve the budget, nor do I have to sign the budget - the House and Senate take care of all of that, but I'll stand here and say "Freeze Spending" because I think it will make me look good!)"

Yeah, I heard someone last night say it this way " Its like the winner of a pie eating contest saying " I think I'll go on a diet now". we all know he will be lying through his teeth the entire time, the test will be to see if any of the sheeple who voted for this charlatan will catch on.
