This is how they will disarm americans. I know some will try to say there guns were stolen, or fell in the water, but that is juvenile. The truth is owning a gun will not be against the law, owning ammunition will be.

This is what happens when civics are no longer taught to the public.
Fourteenth amendment, Section 1:
...nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
How in the world can lawmakers trample all over the the Constitution of the United States of America?
The Tennessee bill, as written on that website, says in section 4.b. "No later than January 1, 2011, all nonĀcoded ammunition for the calibers listed in this act, whether owned by
private citizens or retail outlets, shall be disposed." (emphasis added)
Sounds a bit like a State depriving a person of property.
And
straight from the horses mouth.

This is bogus. Reality in CA but what do you expect. If this were going on elsewhere the NRA would be issuing blood curdling screams from every pulpit they could find. And if they (the collective they) do outlaw ammo anytime soon I'll just have to find a creative way to dispose of mine...
