My latest purchase was actually a gun....
Bought a Springfield XD Compact (shortened Grip) with a 5 Inch "tactical" barrel...
To adorn this wonderful new firearm I also acquired a Viridian X5L Lazer / Light unit.
Now I just need to get the TFO Night sights on it, and get my new kydex press up and running and I'll be all set to roll!!

The day after Thanksgiving, Town Police Supply in Richmond had Remington 9mm ammo for $9.99 a box, limit of five I think it was. My son and daughter-in-law each picked up five so I got a total of ten boxes for right at $100.
A couple months ago I bought my wife a Ruger LCP .380 for her birthday and liked it so well that I bought a second one for myself. I'll attach pictures as soon as I take a couple. That little gem is so compact and light that when I wear it in a Fobus paddle holster I don't even notice it's there beneath my vest or jacket.
