what's the "point" of RAP? who cares . Truth is that there are some bad units out there and this one got what he deserved, hopefully before he did too much damage to his immediate surroundings... ....no big loss.....

I would imagine that they hold it sideways so that they can acquire proper sight picture...

I like almost any kind of music except rap and opera. I can tolerate opera but absolutely cannot stand rap or hip hop. Complete waste of time. One thing I honestly cannot understand is why some white guys try to imitate it. Makes me wanna puke. Just my $0.02 and no offense to anyone of you that may like it.

What's next..Rap Blue Grass?

I think the closest you will come to a cross of Bluegrass and rap would be after the bluegrass ran through a cow and became Crap! I like most types of music too, but that garbage doesn't really qualify as music in my book.

I believe its something to do with the baggy pants and them trying to hold them up and its easier to hold the gun sideways.

The artist is, or was, an aspiring gangsta' type, and this is his first foray into Gospel, done for some type of gospel music contest. He didn't expect to win, but he is among the finalists of about a thousand entries. The contest organizers ( a record label I think) have shown a great deal of interest in his work. Should he win, he will have to choose which path to pursue.

The Lord works in ways beyond our understanding...

The truth is that these urban freedom fighters, usually are so well trained that they don't need to aim at a specific target, they are usually shooting into a crowd, a car, or a dwelling........

No the truth is that their whole world is on a tilt and that is why they hold the weapon sideway's. None of the idiot writers or producers or anyone else that has anything to do with putting film or photos of any of these idiot's into the public ever heard of recoil and point of impact after or during recoil. Or maybe it is just the fact that Hot Brass leave's marks that won't fad on darker skined people, therefore they want the brass to eject away from them. No never mind that sounds too smart for one of these idiot's to have thought up.

There is an article in this month's Handgun magazine on one handed shooting. One of the recommended methods of stabilizing the shooting arm is to pronate or internally rotate the shooting arm 10 degrees.
the downside to this is that it doesn't present a square sight profile.

They hold them sideways to make it easier for cops to kill them.
