How anyone with half a brain can not expect any enemy combatant to not get roughed up during capture is beyond me. He's lucky they didnt just burn a few his way at close range.

You don't bring charges like this bullshit against people of this trade craft and then expect other people in our Special Forces to go out and do their job's protecting this country and American Citizens all over the world. They should have just cut his throat and their would be no questions asked.
