Kennesaw bank robbery

This is over 4 years old and I don't know if it's been posted before.
I just found it and decided it share it because I've been hearing people say that the Kennesaw, GA law requiring all households to have a firearm (assuming no moral or legal reason not to) hasn't had any effect on crime in the city.

That law was made unenforceable intentionally by it's wording and lack of punitive measures. It was a political statement in response to Morton Grove, Illinois banning firearms. Kennesaw has a population too small to quantify effects.

I do like seeing reports of thwarted crimes, though. Even older crimes.

In 1982 when the law was passed Kennesaw had a population of about 9,000.
Currently its population is over 33,000.
