New York man gets his SAFE ACT conviction overturned. although it was pretty much on a technicality, any blow to that ridiculous legislation is a good one.

Those felony actions in NY are free, everyday life in the Commonwealth of Virginia and many other free states. The government in NY is so morally corrupt that things like this are celebrated. Shame on them.

Really, most of the North East is a hot mess.
