Im actually going to see if its possible like any way possible for a student to CCW on campus

I mean if they went through strict gun qualifications at the range
Went through a psych test
havnt had any fights/altercations/anything negative on your record for 3 years
had to go by strict engagement rules

I think if enough people jump on the wagon that it could be done.

It will/would be extremely hard to convince the anti gun people but I think it can be done

A psych test ? Are you sure you are on the right side ? We have enough laws and regulations as it is.

ughm. yea...i realize that your was a reflex response, but I would never submit to a "physc exam" as they are open to great interpretation...and as i am wont to say "that everyone who shows up, is not necessarily there to help"...and this would be a prime example...

I mean...how many people can you kill with a car? and you only have to "re-load" every 400 miles...

and also - we have all of these listed quantifiers in one form or another for drivers...

- qualifications (at the range) On the road
- Went through a psych test (driver, vison test)

You can test, and qualify, quntify, and restrict, and adjudicate...
until the cows let themselves back into the barn,

IT DOESN'T MATTER... you are either a responsible person that account for everything in thier environment (read: proximity), or you don't....

as Bad people that want to do bad things, will find a way to do bad things... and will do so with whatever is at hand...

... speaking of psych tests... who likes "cooked carrot vs. raw carrots...?"
