New term for semi-autos

Post by wittmeba »

Looks like we will be seeing a new category of weapons -- "Rapid-fire Weapons". Same items (semi-auto, AR, etc) but the libs looking/hoping to include any semi-auto in this category for anti-rapid-fire weapons propaganda.

Both terms- "Semiautomatic", and "Rapid Fire Weapons"- are a bit misleading, along with the term, "Assault Weapon".

Perhaps the term "Defensive Magazine Fed Projectile Launching Devices" would be better. It's unnecessarily wordy, so they should like that.

Personal defense weapons. I think this was the name in LE agencies.
