In prince william county I sent my renewal form in on May 1st, on May 11th I had my new permit. I was happy with that turn around time!

Last year I renewed mine in Hopewell in about 17 days. I was pretty pleased with that but 10 days was great.

Took less than two weeks in Frederick County for me.

My renewal in York County took almost 30 days but they sent me a plastic credit card sized permit this time instead of the paper one you had to have laminated yourself. It was a nice surprise and looks much better.
