New pistol

F*ck the communists. I ran from them and I found them here.
I was looking online and I saw that Cabelas has the Sig 320 X-Five in stock. Got it. I was looking for one since November.

I know what I'll do this weekend.
Randy, after I put some 1k thru it to polish the internals, let's do a 100 yards eggs pistol shooting.
Next in line: a 338 Lapua Magnum. But don't tell yet to my wife please...

I love the Sig.....Looks Great. Are you really thinking about a 338 ? A neighbor of mine in Hopewell bought a Bushmaster .338 . He claims it’s really sweet ,hes only shot it a few times so I don’t think he really has a good grip on it as of yet . I want him to bring it to my range on the 24th so I can shoot it ,to see it first hand . He works most weekends so I don’t know as of now, but maybe. I have shot a couple 338 and I can say they are quite impressive .

Life is short! A man should buy a firearm at least once a month to keep an even keel!

I prefer to spend some money on ammo... a firearm without ammo and training is not more than an expensive toy.

I like the ONE a month quota.....I fell a little short for 2017. I only added 5 new firearms to my collection .....BUT I did add over 200K rds. to my stash ( not including .22LR ). So far in '18 I am on the 1 a month buying quota !!!
