If you aren't part of the solution, then you obviously weren't properly dissolved.

Marc the reason you had no snow is all the flakes were out on the interstate doing 20 MPH with their blinkers on while on damp roads.

Re: Morning Snow Report !
LOL... no doubt. People have no clue how to drive around here. My son had my Jeep (took my wife to a doc appointment) so I used the Challenger to go out for lunch. People were either going 7 mph or 50 mph. Makes for a bad combo.
Re: Morning Snow Report !
Had to take my youngest to the airport (Richmond) for a 5:30am flight Thursday morning. Wow..!
Was a quite a trek. About 50 miles from Richmond the roads were taking snow (I-64). By the time I hit the 295 bypass it was all snowpack. The roads around the airport were a mess. His 5:30am flight was bumped, so he got a different flight leaving at 7:00am. This flight taxied on time, & sat on the ground for around 6 hours. He obviously missed his connection in Dallas but, fortunately got on a different flight an hour later, & made it to San Diego. All told, he arrived at Camp Pendleton about 24hrs after we left the house early Thursday morning.
To drive to Richmond from my house normally takes 2 to 2 1/2hrs depending on traffic. Was a 4 hr trek both ways this time. I obviously due to geography prefer Roanoke airport but, Richmond is pretty easy in/out as far as airports go.
