Remington 870 Super Mag

I am having intermittent loading issues with my shotgun, the first shot fires and ejects but sometimes will not release and pick up round out of magazine. Just had the gun professionally cleaned. Test fired the gun with a round in chamber and a round in magazine and three out of the four tries it worked fine but that one time it did not pick up the round from the magazine. I previously stop using this gun because this was happening on a regular basis. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks
