Oh, Well, This Is Absurd

Some idiot at Road & Track magazine is trying to make the case that the V6 Honda Accord is an American Muscle Car. I'd say that I want whatever he's been smoking, but I do believe that I have gotten a little too long in the tooth to be able to handle anything so potent. It would set me down for days, lol.

What is it with people trying to fit Honda into Americana, anyway? Honda did a commercial, a while back, that tried to equate the Odyssey with the 70's era Shaggin Wagons. I, incidentally, HAD a 70's van. Mine had a bed, and a bar. My current 80's conversion van has a bed and an integrated cooler. My van is full sized (as was the old one), and there is chrome. The Honda Odyssey possesses nowhere near the coolness or awesomeness of those old vans. You can't even fit a decent mural on those things.
