Neglected Electronic Security In Schools

Apparently, the public school systems haven't given much thought to security and privacy, when it comes to students using the internet:

I'm not particularly shocked, of course. At this point, one expects a certain amount of ineptitude, when it comes to government agencies and "services".
Just one more tiny little thing that solidifies my desire to see public schools abolished, or at least, put control of a given school back in the hands of those that utilize it.
