NBC News chairman Andy Lack is trying to make his network "the next Fox News" by hiring the channel's old anchors in a shift to become more conservative, according to media insiders.

"He believes he's building MSNBC and NBC into the next Fox," one source told Page Six over the weekend. "It seems the network wants to take a more conservative tone."

FINALLY! Someone "gets" it... when someone like BING, GOOGLE, or YAHOO "Gets it", they're gonna corner the internet.

The amount of disenfranchised conservative folks in this country is growing daily. The media telling us how "horrible" the actions are of Trump... yet? He's doing exactly what he said he would do, and what millions of Americans voted him to do...

The others aren't "getting it", I think Andy Lack may have figured it out.

Yep, I wrote here in June last year I think about their plan, but I don't think they will succeed.
Ratings on Kelly segment increased a lot since Tucker takes her place.
The country is more and more entrenched and partisan. I'm worried for the future.

I guess imitation, besides being the sincerest form of flattery, is also the easiest path to recapturing market share. But I expect it's a sham. You can put lipstick and petticoats on a hog, but that don't mean somebody will take it to the prom.

I won't hold my breath on NBC leaning right.

It's all about money. It usually is when you're discussing corporations. If they thought they'd make more money trying to convince us there were aliens among us then that's what they'd be fabricating news stories about.

Considering the showmanship and level of integrity I see in the news of late, I am inclined to agree.

If any network news channel actually positioned themselves neutral, that would be a HUGE improvement, & imo greatly improve their standing. The biggest problem is, left leaning ideologues consider any dissent as right wing extremism. Anyone or anything even reporting "fairly" with an honest effort at neutrality is considered a zealot. The atmosphere has become uber partisan.

I'm excited to see how our new Presidents policies affect the country as a whole. Not people's feelings but, bottom lines. Dollars & cents. Job markets, security, etc. Be interesting to see how the left attacks him, if his policies are thriving in 4yrs. Imagine if REAL unemployment is drastically improved. Imagine if our economy is truly booming.....I don't know too many small business people who are truly better off today than they were in 2008. Curious to see how the electorate responds if people as a whole are better off in 4yrs....

or how about just REPORTING the news, or facts of the day, without telling me how to feel about them.

NBC is owned by Comcast. Comcast is heavily left leaning.

Before that happens, monkeys will fly out of my butt.

Not that I really care, one way or another. The only time that I see anything from NBC is if it's a link on Drudge, VDare, TakisMag, here, or some other site that I frequent.

If NBC thinks that I'll be following Megyn Kelly over there, they are sillier than I thought.
