My sister is fond of pointing out the "ME" in "team", when it's brought up that there is no "I".

I'll have to forward this new data to her, lmao.

Nothing wrong with a team of smart motivated people.

Unfortunately, these days, too many "teams" are made up to hide those who should never have been hired/promoted in the first place, to the positions they hold in companies, government and the military.

These days teams are often very ineffective and at times downright dangerous to themselves and those they are supposed to be supporting/helping.

I'm so very glad I retired.

I laughed so hard after seeing this that I just had to share, so I sent it to two of my co-workers, one female, and one male. Both of them got a massive kick out of it, and the female actually printed a copy to put on her builtin board.
