Meet the new boss; same as the old boss.

WaPo headline for tomorrow: "Rich white family kicks minority family out of public housing"

It is done.

Give your servant therefore an understanding mind to govern your people, that I may discern between good and evil, for who is able to govern this your great people?”

I started this thread right before going to bed. (I drive nights) I woke up at about 4pm. So, I went to bed while Obama was still President, then woke up after Trump was sworn in. It was like waking up after an 8 year nightmare.

I did listen to Trumps speech; it was one of the best speeches I've heard. I just hope that he can live up to it. He set a very high bar for himself.

For some reason I just feel President Trump is a GOOD MAN ! He didn't have to do this , I hope he does what he says.

Well, you've always got to be careful, but he's got all the signs of a good man, and we havent had so many good signs in a while.

That said, keep your weapons close, it seems to me the press for race wars and any kind of strife is going into high gear now.

I'd like to see someone (more articulate than me) start a petition at https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/ requesting that the POTUS get on the media and list all the FACTS that refute the LIES promulgated by George Soros' sock puppets, Joyce Foundation, Brady, et. al.

If that were to occur I would post the link to it on every gun related site I could find and in every comment section of any news story I came across.
I'll bet we could hit the 100,000 signature mark in much less than 30 days.

I know that it's only been a week, and that this administration has a great many more weeks ahead, but thus far, the new boss does not seem to be anything like the old boss. Or the previous boss. Or the boss before that.

So far, I'm seeing every indication that Trump has every intention of putting American interests first, just as he promised.

Like I said, it's only the conclusion of his first week, and I hesitate to judge from that, but at the same time, I find reason to be more optimistic.
