Here is a link to a thread in the Democratic Underground RTKABA Group (they HAD to be segregated from the rest).
I lurk/monitor that group, I was banned from posting a long time ago for referring to Zero as "the anointed one".

The past few weeks are making me rethink my stand on guns and the Second Amendment.

I won't quote the OP or responses but the posters are saying that Trump supporters are accosting people they consider "unAmerican" causing them (the Dems) to arm themselves.

I don't disagree that they should arm themselves.

They should have done it a long time ago, regardless of their political leanings.

It's a shame that it takes their political world to crash down upon them to figure this out.

You know what's funny to me?

Progressive Communists aren't "pro-gun" until their safety is threatened, or a "president that is against them" gets into office.

I remember the Pro/Com's in my old neighborhood arming up with Dubya expressing more power, and exerting controls under the PATRIOT Act. When "The long Legged Liar in chief" was elected, he promised them gun control like Willy Wonka promised candy...

...instead he became the best gun salesman in the country.

I won't even TELL you some of the crazier theories I have heard lately.

I'll bet they are lying about the "accosting". Just like the racist SJWs fake "hate crimes".

However, even if they ARE true, we're talking about handful of random incidents. Compare that to the countless daily occurrences of violence towards open Trump supporters over the past few months...

Andrew Wilkow, on his SiriusXM program, has made many references to mentally moving to "Dark Heart Island". I get where he's coming from. On the whole, at this point, if an occasional Trumpian attacks a random liberal, I think I can almost see where one could make a case for self defense, in a saner world. For any lurkers peeking in, let me clarify that understanding an action is not necessarily the same thing as condoning an action.

So...that guy is, or was, under the impression that deep in the Blue is insulation from political violence. One might believe that other forms of violence don't exist in said Blue. Because it's Blue. I'm calling Blueshit.
