Honestly, it's not a joke. I am constantly vigilant. Rarely green, almost always yellow, expecting red at any moment. There are very few occasions when I am truly relaxed.
It sucks too. Walking around all day every day... thinking, if I really had to, how far can I run right now; what is cover and what's concealment; if I didn't put it down I'm not picking it up..., is this guy about to do something; is this car following me.... On and on and on. And its even worse when I am with people I care about. It can be exhausting.
I miss these days...
