My wife has been busy making some cute snowmen beanies. They are made from a white sock stuffed with rice, colored sock for the hat, straight pins with colored heads for eyes and mouth and buttons of assorted colors. She knitted the scarfs. Picked up the directions from Facebook. I'm proud of her.

YAY! The Woman is seasonal as well. She's got the yard all decked out.

My wife's been making banana w/chocolate muffins.... guarantee you that those don't sit around gathering dust!

My wife and daughter can't wait for Halloween to be over so they can put out the Christmas decorations. I used to make them wait until after Thanksgiving, but they don't even acknowledge Thanksgiving, so I gave in on Halloween.

TBH would be jealous of the VGOF wives, were I to show her this thread.

Once we come off the road permanently, she'll be engaging in Christmas-craft, too, both in the decorational area, as well as the edible stuff.

Indeed, she's been talking Christmas ever since we saw the first of the Christmas stuff for sale, last month.

I think that I will show TBH this thread. She'll just love those snowmen.

My goodness my mom would go nuts over those, she is a snowman collector. She can't wait for christmas to put those things all over her house, much to my dad's annoyance lol.

Yep, nice pieces. We have to get our Christmas stuff out and put up at least one tree before my son gets shipped off to go to the sand pit. So this seems appropriate that I found this thread today. Maybe I'll add a pic or two once we get the tree up for him.
