Oh, I HATE DMV

So, dispatch called TBH, earlier, and told her to find a safe place to shut down, as he had just heard from DMV and was informed that TBH had a suspended CDL.
CDL holders have to periodically have a physical done, in order to maintain the CDL. Usually, the company will send their drivers to a physician of their choosing, to perform the physical. That doctors office will, at the conclusion of the examination, fax the examination report to the safety department of the trucking company. The safety department will, in turn, send that documentation to the DMV, who then pulls the fax from the machine, heads to the throne, and proceeds to wipe their hindquarters with it. Apparently. Well, actually, they are supposed to dutifully record that the driver in question has compliantly sought the required physical, and was deemed road worthy by a competent and licensed medical practitioner.
Twice, now, TBH has had her physical done, the doctor has sent the paperwork to the lady in safety, the lady in safety has forwarded the paperwork to DMV, and TBH has had her CDL suspended. We were just at the office on Tuesday. TBH went down to safety and discussed this topic with the safety lady, in person.
What's so frustrating about the whole thing, there is really no one person to be held accountable for this clerical error. Well, of course, there IS, but there is no way to find out WHO screwed the pooch. Not that anyone at DMV would care, anyway.
Argh.... Ok, done ranting. Maybe.
