Second Amendment Film ‘Targeted’ Exposes and Destroys Gun Control Agenda
On September 29, Targeted: Exposing the Gun Control Agenda will appear in theaters nationwide for one night only. The movie not only exposes the agenda behind the gun control movement but also the importance of freedom and the way that freedom rests on the pro-gun heritage handed to us by our Founding Fathers.
The filmmaker behind Targeted is Jesse Winton, a 22-year-old man who was only 20 when he made the film out of concern that his generation was losing touch with America’s history and all the lessons that that history holds for us regarding America as framed by the Constitution.

So far there are only two theaters in VA showing this, one in Roanoke and one in Winchester.

Might be worth a night at the movies. Ironically, viewers will be watching in a gun free zone.
Wonder when the DVD release will be?

Partially ironic. Not all theaters are gun free zones. Just most of the major ones which is why it may only be showing in the ones it is.
There is actually one up here in NOVA that is not posted. It is akin to what we used to call the dollar theater (i think it is $4) that shows movies that have left the main theaters but is not out for rent on any other media yet.

Here is the link for the theaters showing the film. Save you the trouble of having to wait for all the ads and scripts to run on Breitbarts site.

It would be nice to come out on DVD -- which it might.

BINGO! found one just 69 miles from me; in Johnson City, Tennessee. Just bought tickets.
On things like this, I am sometimes well served by my proximity to Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia and North Carolina. Heck, I can get to Spartanburg, SC in the same amount of time and miles travelled it takes to get to Roanoke, VA.

Might be a subtle hidden message.

I am unable to find a way to contact the producer of the film but I have asked Philip Van Cleave (pres VCDL) and awr Hawkins (Breitbart writer and publisher of the page) if this may be available on DVD. I will post back if I hear anything.

My take on the film.
I didn't find much information new likely because I spend a lot of time on these gun forums.
The times when Michael Bloomberg remarked about "this gun..." while holding up an AR15 rifle goes Rat-tat-tat-tat implying the full automatic mode. Same with this snippet from the documentary announcement link by the OP.
...senator Kevin de Leon (D) pushing gun control appears in Targeted as well. The video shows the senator standing in front of cameras, holding a compact semiautomatic rifle, and pushing gun control by saying: “This is a ghost gun. This right here has ability with a 30 caliber clip to disperse with 30 bullets within half a second: 30 magazine clip in half a second.”
There didn't seem to be enough clarification that these guns fall under the 1934 NFA criteria and you cannot buy them over-the-counter as implied.
My comments to both of them are:
- Id tell them both neither were born before this NFA went into affect.
- If you are going to push for laws understand what you are talking about
- it appears they both spend too much time watching movies like Terminator, Rambo and shows involving drug-lords protecting their goods.
These areas should be further clarified -- non-gunners may not fully understand.
There seemed to be a lot of slow dead time while travelling around the world.
I often wonder where are the 2A supporters and gun enthusiasts when the antis are pushing their agendas? Why isn't someone speaking up immediately when these blatant errors are stated? These issues need to be immediately addressed so others don't walk away with the thoughts of validity.
A couple of the interviews were very interesting.
I am glad I saw it. Anyone else have comments?
