Great. Just like the corporate world. How do you get rid of worthless people? Get them promoted so they move up, move on/out and hope you can then get someone who can/will do the job right.

I am sure hoping the Dims (yeah, dims, not dems) lose out this fall. Maybe Tim will just fade away afterwards.
