They don't call them the 9th Circus for nothing. It's a good thing my permit was issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia and not the 9th Circuit Court. This is going to get interesting.

Its too bad all those guys with all that education find this line so hard to understand:
"the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Keep = have/own
bear = take with you, carry etc...
Its not that hard!!
I think I will have to sign up for Second Amendment Foundation or something to help out and counter this.

I know, right? It is the easiest, most "to the point", plain English line of text in the entire Constitution, yet some how they screw it up over and over. It wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't for the dozens of letters, publications and meeting minutes written by or quoting the Founding Fathers... the men who actually wrote the amendment.... on exactly why the Second Amendment was written and the way it was written.
I have no idea what too make out of it. Its sad that I'm just some computer geek and I get it, but those clowns don't.

The narrowness of the decision allowed for their conclusion. They did not have to consider that together with the law banning open carry Californians are effectively denied their 2a right to bear arms.

Consequences of bad judgement at elections.
Take care this fall, it may be your last election as handgun owners. It's very easy for them to restrict 2nd Amendment to bolt hunting rifles.
There is a big push these days in Europe to further restrict gun possession, as hard as it is now. Nobody has to be armed, so nobody can oppose their policies.

The last time this issue came up before the Supremes, the vote was 5-4. With Scalia gone, we could be in serious trouble.

Anyone still thinks diluting Trump chances and voting to another candidate or staying home is a good idea? You may surrender your guns already.

Lol, Kelu; I have never supported that line of thought.
Had we been stuck with another RINO candidate like Romney or McCain, I would have been likely to go 3rd party out of spite. But, since we got a guy that the RINO set hates, there is really no one to receive any message to be sent by voting 3rd party. We could do a helluva lot worse than the Donald.

What purpose would concealed carry INSIDE my home serve?

And if they can't bend the rules with the exact wording they act like there are words "we" don't see, add them and try to apply them as needed.

Well we just need to change the word home to mean anything under the sky because that's my home, the forest, the oceans, the fields, and the roads. The one with walls and windows is just where I sleep.

This gives a consideration of original intent of banning concealed carry and a bit more:

I keep asking "Where are they finding all those extra words that tweak, modify and alter that simple statement"? I'm sorry...I don't see them.
