Virginia Oath Keepers,

I just watched this video. I'll let it speak for itself. I will be posting this on the Indiana Oath Keeper page.

My question to you: What would you do if this happened to you? We need to find out what we are able to do to protect our rights in this type case.

Pass this to everyone you know!!!

I wonder what happens if he decides he's going to do some target shooting on his property about this time of day?

haha, that deputy wasnt very bright. Actually, if he was moving dirt around and it was outside the curtilage of his house, that means it was in open view and theres no reasonable expectation of privacy. All they had to do was get a court order to look at it. that deputy and the lady were just being lazy. And there is a big difference between civil and criminal trespassing, for all those "im gonna shoot whoever is on my land " types out there. They were wrong, but they could have been right with minimal effort had they not been drunk on what little power they have.
