Well, that explains alot. A large portion of Virginian residents, it seems, are carpet baggers in NOVA.
If we do away with a national capitol, that would solve alot. Half the folks in NOVA would have no reason to stay.

Interesting study actually breaks North America into 11 distinct "cultural/philosophical" regions. My personal experiences have been largely consistent with the map.
