How to steal a state? MCAuliffe found a way. I am betting we see more of this from states with Democrat governors.

I don't think it's a big deal. Lots of people who get convicted of a felony turn into productive citizens, & pay taxes. Should they not be able to vote...?? I don't believe incarcerated felons should be able to vote but, I certainly believe somebody who has paid their debt to society, whether that be detention, parole, probation, fines, etc... should have a say in how their tax dollars are spent, providing they've fulfilled the obligations of their punishment.

If he's really interested in restoring their rights will he also work to restore their 2nd amendment rights?

ESPECIALLY since anything above "Farting in Public" is considered a Felony these days.

Perhaps that is where the governor's attention should have been focused, rather than lumping the flatulent in with the father rapers and mother stabbers.

Except he does not have that power in Virginia and almost all of those felons will vote Democrat in a purple state:
