That looks exactly like the safe my Dad used to have in his business. If it is, it weighs about 500 pounds.

You better rent a truck with a lift gate :enlighten:

York Safe is about earlier 1900's weight is about 2500 lbs, it has about 6" walls. We moved one in Prince George Co. 2 years ago for a bank there. It has a Yale round back combo lock on the main front door. Totally obsolete, you cannot get a new lock nor retro fit it to a new style lock without a lot of trouble. Good project for some one who likes old things to restore!
