Catherine Herridge from Fox News has been all over the Clinton email scandal. Herridge was the first to break the story that the FBI may be looking into public corruption charges in addition to charges for mishandling of classified information. Now in this new Fox News video Catherine Herridge walks us through potential violations of the espionage act. It doesn’t sound good for Hillary!

The FBI is reaching the end of the investigation and results should be known sooner rather than later.

As secretary of state Hillary Clinton had a duty to report classified information on her server and there is no gray area according to Herridge. Since some of the classified information on Clinton’s server was classified at the highest levels it stands to reason that perhaps Hillary Clinton should have realized that this information was classified at the time and she should have reported it. The Clinton campaign has insinuated that some of the high level classified information may have actually been emailed in the form of news articles. The exact nature of many of these classified emails is currently unknown but resolution may be on the horizon. Reports are surfacing that the FBI is wrapping up its investigation as soon as this month.
