Virginia Gun Owners Forum - VGOF

I bought a P-22 for my little brother about 6 months ago and it has begun giving me problems. When I bought it for him I was fully aware of the materials it was constructed and its history but when I gave my brother his choice, he skipped the Ruger reliabilty and went with Walther Cool. I will also add that the gun as flawless up until this point, its got about 3,000 rounds through it. So, my question, what kind of CS can I expect from S&W? I know they have a couple recalls going on, is that effected turn around time?

I frequent a few S&W Forums and most agree that the customer service is excellent. I don't think they are "Bend over backwards" but they are extremely efficient.
