Wife finding Ammo!

Even though we have been finding quite a bit of any ammo we want these days . Carol just called me and said she has just bought 2- 1400 Rd. Remington Buckets of Bullets $75 each. And 600 rds. Of CCI .22 Mag. I guess now I am going to have to take her out to dinner !

Good stuff.
Occasionally, my wife finds and buys ammo. More often than not, it's a caliber that doesn't match anything we have.
"Oh, we don't have anything chambered in .308? Well, we have the bullets, now. Guess we better find something in .308." That's her general response. I've got a few odd boxes of bullets, for this reason. Ammo for future guns. At least, I never have to justify gun purchases to her, lol.

I always tell Carol if you are going to help me shoot it , you are going to have to help me find and buy it ! I have to say she does very well . Last summer she shot a friends Henry 45/70 and was quite impressed . She has stocked up about 600 rds. " in case Rob brings his Henry " back again ! I've been looking at the new Henry All Weather 45/70 ....Some day ?
